Our quality guarantee at Swavalambi is simple — “Designed to Define” means we stand by our quality, craftsmanship, and customer experience.

  • 2-Day Window: We accept exchange requests within 2 days of delivery.
  • Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Exchanges: If the size isn’t right, we offer a one-time free exchange for a different size, subject to availability.
  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons and the nature of slow-fashion craft, we do not accept returns on sale items or customized pieces.

Delivery Timeline

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days.
  • Domestic Delivery: Delivery across India usually takes 5–7 business days after dispatch.
  • Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

Honest Transactions

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged product or the wrong set, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video.
  • Resolution: We provide a full refund or a fresh replacement at no extra cost after approval.
  • Refund Method: Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
